Superintendent/Elementary Principal Welcome!

Parents, students, staff and community members, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2024-2025 school year. For those of you who have not met me, my name is Stephen Vigliotti, and I am your new superintendent and elementary principal. For the previous thirty-five years I have served as a teacher, coach, elementary and secondary principal and for the last twenty years, superintendent of schools.

It is my hope that this school year will be the best ever for your child/children. Please know that I am appreciative and humbled to be working and living in your community. I look forward to meeting all of you and continuing the tradition of excellence in the Howard School District. Go Tigers!!!
